Children will be selected based on needs around our school charter.
- Children need to be "just" below
- A group of 6-8 children to be selected
- From the charter either Yr 3 or Yr 5 are where our greatest needs are.
- Control group needs "extra" maths each day. Amanda managed this by using 10 minutes during silent reading time each day.
- Often children have difficulty verbalising mathematical language - work and improvement could be measured around this.
- Need to set up modelling books and children's workbooks.
- What are "spring" kits? Are these going to be available for our use?
- Lesson's are intensive and fast paced.
